Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a German-speaking BDR to generate qualified pipeline for the DACH market from our Barcelona office. You will identify target accounts, book meetings, and hand opportunities to Account Executives, building a coordinated, account-based approach in the region.

You speak German at native level and English at an advanced level, with one year of BDR or outbound experience. You will work with Salesforce and AI tools to accelerate outreach and stay active in a fast-paced outbound

Qualifications

• Native German and advanced English are required.
• Around one year of prior BDR or outbound experience.
• Ability to run high-volume, personalized outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts in the DACH market via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Account Executives.
• Partner with DACH AEs to run account-based plays.
