Job summary

Recruitment Direct is seeking a Business Development Representative with German to join our growing Barcelona sales team. In this role you will drive new business through inbound and outbound activities, identify opportunities, and tailor AI-powered advertising solutions to client needs.

You will engage senior stakeholders, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and work closely with onboarding and customer success to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales or similar role.
• Proven experience in outbound sales and self-generated prospecting.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and Ads ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound channels.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand client objectives.
• Present and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
• Maintain records in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
