WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a motivated German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team that supports leading AI-powered advertising solutions.

You will focus on acquiring new business through inbound and outbound activities, identify potential clients, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while working with a dynamic, multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• German language at C1 level.
• English at least B2 level.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO/PPC/online advertising).
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation and prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
