Job summary

WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to connect with business clients and introduce AI-powered advertising solutions. You will grow the career in tech sales while supporting relocation to Barcelona.

The role requires German C1 and English B2, 2–3 years B2B sales experience, and a strong grasp of CRM and outbound prospecting. This is a full-time on-site position with a competitive base and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

German: C1 proficiency.
English: B2 proficiency or higher.
2–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or similar.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital ads).
Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, generating qualified leads.
Experience in pre-sales and lead qualification.
Able to engage with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders.
Familiar with CRM and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential B2B customers via calls, emails, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Assess client needs and suggest AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
Own the full sales process from contact to deal closure.
Meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
Record client interactions and sales progress in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and transition to customer success.
