Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive new business in digital advertising and AI solutions. You will lead outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle, building a robust sales pipeline.

Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required, with 2–3 years of B2B sales experience. Salesforce skills and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset are essential for success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• C1-level German and B2-level English proficiency.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in lead qualification, pre-sales, outbound sales, and cold calling.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, including the ability to engage with senior executives.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools and managing client databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls.
