Cross Border Talents in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international sales team. You will help businesses discover and adopt AI-powered advertising and marketing solutions while building long-term client relationships.

This role targets ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and want to be part of a fast-growing AI sector.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level German is required.
• Strong English (B2+) and proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM tools like Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage prospective business clients through inbound and outbound activities.
• Generate new business opportunities via phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
