Ww Talents is recruiting a Sales Executive in Barcelona to manage the complete sales journey from prospecting to closing. You will identify SMBs, discover their digital advertising goals, and propose tailored solutions to grow their business.

The role requires native German (C2) and advanced English (C1), a track record in outbound sales, and proficiency with Salesforce. Relocation support is available for candidates joining from outside Barcelona.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on outbound sales, prospect qualification, and cold calling.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas in a phone-based environment.
• Experience managing a substantial portfolio and generating qualified meetings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of digital advertising solutions (Pinterest/Meta/Google Ads) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify SMB opportunities and lay out digital advertising solutions.
• Lead outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand client objectives and budget to tailor proposals.
• Present product demos and drive negotiations to onboard advertisers.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor pipeline in Salesforce.
• Improve prospecting methods using feedback and data.
