Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join our international team in Barcelona. You’ll drive new business through inbound and outbound efforts, presenting AI-powered advertising solutions to potential clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, fluent German (C1) and English (B2), and a strong understanding of digital marketing. Relocation support is available. Base salary is €30,000 with a €5,175 on-target bonus and opportunities for uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

German C1 level required.
English B2 level required.
2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and online ads.
Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead qualification.
Ability to engage with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold calls, emails, social selling and inbound leads.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and present AI-powered advertising solutions.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Hit sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
Keep CRM up to date (Salesforce) with activities and customers.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
