Job summary

WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to connect with business clients and introduce AI-powered advertising solutions. Relocation support is provided, and candidates must meet German C1 and English B2 requirements.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus a €5,175 annual on-target bonus (uncapped) and relocation assistance to Barcelona. Growth through training and certifications is highlighted.

Qualifications

German C1 proficiency.
English B2 proficiency (B2 or higher).
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital advertising).
Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified leads.
Experience in pre‑sales and lead qualification.
Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and C‑level decision-makers.
Familiarity with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
Experience with prospect databases and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Assess requirements and present AI-powered advertising solutions.
Own the full sales process from contact to negotiation and close.
Aim for individual sales targets and revenue metrics.
Record interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success.
