Job summary

TP in Barcelona seeks a Sales Executive to own the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing. You will identify SMBs, assess their needs for digital advertising, and present tailored solutions.

Build relationships with decision-makers, drive revenue, and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline. You will conduct discovery calls, present demos, and negotiate to close while ensuring a smooth onboarding for new advertisers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Experience with managing a large account portfolio and booking qualified meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify SMB accounts with strong digital advertising potential and deliver tailored solutions.
• Execute daily outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess goals, marketing challenges, and budget readiness.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos, and close deals with smooth onboarding.
• Maintain a healthy Salesforce pipeline with accurate leads and deal stages.
• Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close while guiding onboarding.
