WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team and drive AI-powered advertising solutions for global clients. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieve targets, and collaborate with internal teams while leveraging Salesforce to maintain accurate records.

This role offers relocation support and a competitive base salary with an on-target bonus.

Qualifications

German language at C1 level.
English language at B2 level.
2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and handover.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
