Job summary

WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team. You will acquire new business through inbound and outbound activities and present AI-powered advertising solutions.

This full-time role offers a €30,000 gross yearly base salary plus a €5,175 on-target bonus, relocation support, and private health insurance. Relocation assistance improves your chances to join a dynamic AI ad tech environment.

Qualifications

German language at C1 level.
English at least B2 level.
2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or related roles.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain records of activities using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions.
