Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join its international team in Barcelona. You will drive new business through inbound and outbound sales, identify potential clients, and present AI-powered advertising solutions.

The role requires German C1 and English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and a strong grasp of digital marketing. Relocation support and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• German language at C1 level required.
• English language at B2 level required.
• 2–3 years minimum in B2B sales or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO/PPC and online advertising platforms.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation and prospecting.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and lead qualification.
• Ability to communicate confidently with C-level decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and managing customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Aim to exceed sales targets, revenue goals and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
