WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join our international team in Barcelona, supporting one of the world's leading AI companies with innovative advertising solutions.

You will drive new business through inbound and outbound activities, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role offers a base salary of €30,000 with a €5,175 on-target bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

• German language at C1 level is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO and PPC.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation and prospecting.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
