WW Talents is seeking a German-Speaking B2B Sales Executive to join our international team in Barcelona. You will focus on acquiring new business through inbound and outbound activities, presenting AI-powered advertising solutions, and managing the full sales cycle.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, fluent German (C1) and English (B2), and a proactive, target-driven mindset. Relocation support is available for candidates relocating to Barcelona.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• German at C1 level and English at B2 level or higher.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and outbound sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
