Qualifications
- German C1 level.
- English B2 level.
- 2–3 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, online advertising).
- Proven outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
- Maintain records using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
