Responsibilities include identifying potential clients through cold calling, inbound and outbound sales, managing the full sales cycle, and hitting targets.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus a €5,175 on-target bonus, relocation support, private health insurance, and a multicultural workplace.

Qualifications

• German C1 level required.
• English minimum B2 level.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising platforms.
• Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
