WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a motivated German-Speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team, supporting one of the world's leading AI companies.

You will focus on acquiring new business through inbound and outbound sales, identify potential clients, and present AI-powered advertising solutions.

This role offers relocation support, a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus €5,175 on-target bonus, and an uncapped earning potential with a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• German C1 level required.
• English at least B2 level.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, online advertising).
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and manage CRM data.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold calls, emails, social selling.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and propose AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams.
