Job summary

WW Talents is recruiting a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive for our Barcelona team to drive new business with AI-powered advertising solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage C-suite decision-makers, and expand the customer base in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus a €5,175 on-target bonus. Relocation support and private health insurance are provided to eligible candidates, with strong growth and international team dynamics.

Qualifications

German language at C1 level.
English at least B2 level.
2–3 years of B2B sales or related roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation.
Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
Manage the full sale cycle from prospecting to closing.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals and KPIs.
Maintain accurate CRM records using Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and handover.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
