CB Talents SP in Madrid seeks German and Dutch-speaking Account Executives to manage the full sales cycle for the German or Dutch market. Hybrid work model with on-site presence in Madrid and a monthly base salary of €30,000 plus commissions.

Training is provided, and you’ll progress through roles with AE2 and AE3-style bases; relocation to Madrid is required. Enjoy uncapped commissions, quarterly targets, and benefits such as team lunches and wellness activities.

Formación

• Native or fluent German or Dutch language skills.
• Good level of English.
• Experience in sales or account management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Convert free trials to paid subscriptions.
