Qualifications

• Native level of German and advanced level of English.
• Solid Sales Background (outbound environment).

• Pipeline management and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each call.
• Determine customer needs using probing techniques and offer appropriate products or services.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
• Ensure service meets contractual sales goals and KPIs.
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Listen to customer needs, build rapport, and provide resolutions.
• Prepare complete and accurate work notes and account documentation.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Answer billing questions by explaining components of customer accounts.
