Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieving specific sales targets and maximize opportunities on each call.
• Identify customer needs using probing techniques and offer best product solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and procedures.
• Ensure service meets KPIs and contractual goals.
• Greet customers courteously and build rapport.
• Handle billing questions and account details diligently.
