Hiring International Academy is seeking a German+Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our on-site teams in Valencia or Madrid, Spain. Start: ASAP. Local candidates only; relocation not provided.

You will assist German-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat and help resolve a range of technical and account issues. As part of an international team, you will deliver high-quality service and participate in a structured 24/7 shift pattern with comprehensive training and clear career

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) + Spanish (B2).
• Customer-focused and strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Must already be in Spain or willing to relocate.
• EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit.
