Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a Customer Service Agent fluent in German and Spanish to deliver first‑class support from our Valencia office. The role includes handling inquiries by phone, email, or chat and logging interactions in internal systems.

Training is provided to ensure you have the tools to succeed. The position is 3‑months temporary with a strong path to permanent employment, on-site in Valencia, with a regular afternoon shift schedule and a base salary of €21,000 plus a €1,200 annual

What You Will Do

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat in both German and Spanish.


• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.


• Navigate internal systems to log interactions and look up customer information.


• Collaborate with your team to meet daily service targets.

Schedule & Shifts

• Regular Schedule: Rotational 8-hour blocks primarily focused on afternoon shifts. The role involves working shifts with an equal balance between morning and evening schedules.


• Training Period: Mandatory attendance is required for the onboarding training program.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in German.


• Language Skills: Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in Spanish.


• Availability: Ability to work full-time on-site in Valencia and commit to the initial 5-week training schedule.


• Communication: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €21,000 gross per year.
