Job summary

EG Hire Global in Madrid is seeking German and English-speaking Account Executives to own the full sales cycle across the DACH and English-speaking markets. You will manage inbound and high-volume outbound activities, conduct product demos, and guide prospects through free trials toward paid sign-up.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a four-week on-site training in Madrid, followed by remote work with only one on-site day per month.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and good English required.
• Location: Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities
• Handle approximately 80–100 auto-assigned calls per day
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert them into paid customers
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing
