Job summary

EG Hire Global is recruiting German- and English-speaking Account Executives to drive the full sales cycle across the German (DACH) and English-speaking markets. The role combines remote work after an initial Madrid-based training period with mandatory on-site presence of one day per month.

Starting base salary is €30,000 gross per year, plus a €600 monthly commission target, uncapped commissions, and performance multipliers up to 3x. Career progression to AE2 and AE3 is outlined.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and good English are required.
• Location in Madrid, Spain.
• Permanent, full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Handle approximately 80–100 auto-assigned calls per day.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert them into paid customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing.
