Job summary

EG Hire Global is seeking German and English-speaking Account Executives in Madrid, starting with four weeks of on-site training. After training, the role is remote with only 1 day on-site per month.

You will manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales across DACH and English-speaking markets, conducting product demos and client meetings. Base salary is €30,000 gross per year with a €600 monthly commission target, uncapped commissions, multipliers up to 3x, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and good English are required.
• Location: Madrid, Spain with training on site.
• Permanent, full-time contract inferred from ad.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert them into paid customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing.
• Own the full sales cycle across the German (DACH) and English-speaking markets.
