Sabio Group in Madrid is seeking a Genesys Cloud Consultant to join our Operations team on a permanent full-time basis. You will deploy and maintain multi-country Genesys Cloud projects, integrate CRM systems, and design voice flows and data actions to support omni-channel CX initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, CRM integrations, and real-time reporting, plus fluent Spanish. The role offers collaboration across a dynamic, learning-focused environment.

Formación

• Essential: knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX tools and modules.
• Basic configuration: agents, groups, skills, roles.
• Routing: call strategies for inbound/outbound.
• Telephony: sites, edges, trunks, outbound routes.
• Scripting and Architect: voice flows, digital channels, bot, data actions.
• Data actions: design of webservices to external systems.
• Campaigns: progressive, preview, power.
• Real-time reporting and integration with CRM.
• Digital channels: Email, Chat, social networks.
• Spanish fluency written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and maintain Genesys Cloud projects across multi-country setups.
• Integrate with Call Recording, WFM, and CRM systems via web services.
• Flow design with Architect and integration with third-party systems.
• Generate real-time and historic reports.
• Create and modify scripts with Genesys Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CX solutions.
