Job summary

Sabio Group in Madrid is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Presales Solutions Consultant with Genesys Cloud knowledge to join our Spain Presales team. You will work with customers to understand objectives and shape proposals that connect Genesys Cloud, AI and Sabio solutions to business outcomes.

Reporting to the PreSales department, you will collaborate with sales and technical teams to validate feasibility, develop compelling proposals, and help clients make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Three years of IT presales or solutions consulting in contact centre domains.
• Strong ability to analyze requirements and translate into solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical solutions meeting customer needs and support the commercial team.
• Analyse RFPs and tender docs to build complete responses.
• Develop proposals detailing how Genesys Cloud and Sabio solutions meet objectives.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Coordinate with sales, product, technical and delivery teams to validate scope and estimates.
• Contribute to business cases with expected benefits and measurable criteria.
• Study competitive offerings and articulate Sabio’s differentiation.
• Participate in corporate events and client sessions to showcase Sabio solutions.
• Continuously update knowledge of Genesys Cloud and Sabio AI/automation capabilities.
