Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sports, customer success, operations, events, hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
• Customer and partner orientation, building positive relationships.
• Relationship management with clubs, partners, and internal teams.
• Organisation and planning: manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail in ticketing processes, data, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket requests from sponsors and partners throughout the season.
• Monitor requests daily and confirm requirements with stakeholders.
• Check requests against entitlements, limits, deadlines and inventory.
• Consolidate requests by game and club while protecting obligations.
• Coordinate with clubs and track requests until tickets are delivered.
• Collect and verify guest details when nominative information is required.
• Upload and distribute tickets or resolve delivery issues.
• Keep records of requests, approvals, allocations, and actions.
• Support management of allocations for major events like Final Four and SuperCup.
