Live Nation’s Ticketmaster Spain division in Barcelona is seeking a Client Support Specialist for the Spanish market. The role is full-time and on-site with hybrid flexibility, focusing on delivering high-quality support to event organisers and promoters throughout the client lifecycle.

You will coordinate with multiple internal teams, train clients on platform features, and ensure service levels while enhancing client satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Support or Box Office operations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
• University degree is nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line client support to a portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand operational needs of both existing and prospective clients.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure ongoing operational maintenance.
• Coordinate onsite requirements and event coverage with clients.
• Maintain client support records in Salesforce and provide training on platform features.
