Job summary

Ticketmaster Spain, part of Live Nation, is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Barcelona. You will deliver high-quality support to event organisers, using Ticketmaster systems across the event lifecycle and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service.

As the primary contact for assigned clients, you will improve service levels, drive sales support, and provide onsite/event coverage when required. English fluency and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Support or Box Office operations.
• Experience with Ticketmaster systems and/or products is highly valued.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of the entertainment, attractions, or music industry and its operations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to a portfolio of clients, ranging from moderate to high impact.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand operational needs of existing and prospective clients.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure ongoing operational maintenance.
• Manage full lifecycle of client events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive support.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
