• Fluency in Galician and English at B2 level are required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to understand customer concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions.
• Calm and professional approach when dealing with stressed passengers.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with flight bookings, amendments and cancellations.
• Provide information about baggage allowances, delays and missing baggage.
• Support customers with online check-in, boarding queries and travel documentation.
• Assist passengers affected by disruptions and respond to refund requests.
• Handle complaints and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
• Explain airline policies clearly and outline available options.
