Job summary

Kats Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in Galician, Spanish and English for an on-site role in Barcelona, Spain. You will assist airline passengers across phone, chat and email, guiding them from booking to travel.

The position offers a full-time contract (39 hours/week) with rotational shifts, comprehensive training, performance bonuses and health insurance within a modern Barcelona office.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Galician and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
• Working proficiency in English (B1–B2).
• Secondary education diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer support, hospitality, or travel services.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office/Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel customer support in Galician, Spanish, and English via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist passengers with bookings, modifications, and service inquiries.
• Guide customers through travel procedures, policies, and administrative requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic issues on digital self-service platforms and mobile apps.
• Resolve customer concerns, travel disruptions, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately log customer interactions, case details, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
