Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist to grow Fusion within high-potential existing customers. This digital-first inside sales role drives fast, focused cycles over phone and Zoom to add seats, upgrade tiers, and activate PLM capabilities.

You will partner with Fusion Data Specialists and a technical sales bench to demonstrate value and close deals. You will build targeted expansion plans, manage multi-threaded accounts, and maintain a disciplined Salesforce pipeline

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian is required.
• Proven success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management.
• Ability to run virtual sales cycles and close deals.
• Comfort presenting to technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Expand Fusion customer accounts by identifying high-leverage workflows and opportunities.
• Run end-to-end virtual sales cycles via phone and Zoom.
• Build expansion plans and coordinate with data specialists and technical sellers.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with land team to ensure consistent strategy and handoffs.
