Job summary

Autodesk’s Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist role focuses on growing Fusion within high-potential existing customers by driving incremental subscriptions, upgrading accounts to higher tier Fusion offerings, and leveraging PLM data capabilities. This digital-first inside sales position operates over phone and Zoom, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing deals.

You will work closely with the land team, Fusion Data Specialists, and technical sellers to position the platform confidently

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French is required.
• Proven success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management with revenue growth as a metric.
• Ability to run virtual sales cycles without in-person meetings.
• Capability to uncover expansion opportunities in existing accounts and close deals.
• Comfort engaging with design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership.
• Interest in cloud-native technology, AI-driven workflows, and manufacturing transformation.
• Competitive drive and a growth mindset suitable for a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Expand Fusion customer accounts by identifying high leverage workflows and increasing seats, tiers, or PLM.
• Run end-to-end virtual sales cycles—qualify quickly, align the solution, handle objections, and close.
• Build expansion plans for your territory to deliver immediate lift from Fusion.
• Collaborate with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver demos and technical validation.
• Coordinate with the land team to ensure consistent strategy and smooth handoffs.
• Manage multiple accounts to uncover opportunities and sustain expansion momentum.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and modern tools.
• Share repeatable plays and insights to help the expansion team scale.
