Job summary

Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (French-speaking) for an onsite role in Barcelona. You will provide technical support via email and phone, handle product inquiries, and build long-term relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in French with advanced English, has a high school diploma or higher, and at least 3 years in customer service. The position offers a 39-hour work week, training, and a salary of €20,500 plus up to €2,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in customer service environment
• Proficient in French and English
• Strong phone and face-to-face communication skills
• Familiar with CMS Office Suite / ERP tools like MS Dynamics 365 and SAP

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone.
• Address, respond and resolve customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Build close long-term client relationships with timely responses and follow-up.
• Coordinate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
