Concentrix is hiring a Backship Support Agent (French-speaking) to be based onsite in Barcelona. You will coordinate returns, inspect items, and manage carriers while maintaining high-quality customer support.

The role requires French (bilingual) and advanced English, plus experience in a similar position. You will work a rotating schedule (Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00) with a permanent contract and a base salary of 22,000 euros gross per year, plus up to 2,400 euros gross per year in bonus.

Qualificações

• French-speaking (bilingual) with advanced English
• Experience in a comparable customer support role
• Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, adaptability
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex, non-standard issues
• Provides clear root-cause analysis and insights
• Proficient with CRM and parcel tracking tools
• Technical knowledge of OS-level topics (iOS, Android, Windows)
• Proactively identifies and leads service improvements
• Supports efficiency and SLA optimization
• Familiar with extended tools and internal processes

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer return requests, generate labels, and arrange shipping.
• Inspect inbound returns, track through warehouse, document condition.
• Sort returns for refurbishment, repair, or recycling; update inventory records.
• Communicate with customers, provide updates, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage carriers and partners; resolve shipment issues and audit performance.
