Concentrix is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (French-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will handle incoming inquiries via calls, email, or chat, resolve customer demands, and log details in the system, maintaining product knowledge for client applications.

The position offers full-time hours, training, and career growth opportunities. The role requires fluent French with advanced English, strong customer care skills, and the ability to own and progress calls to resolution.

Qualificações

• Proficient or bilingual in French with an advanced level of English.
• Customer care skills and ability to listen to customers.
• Ability to take ownership and progress calls to resolution or escalate.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms and applications such as Windows/MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer calls via phone, email, voicemail, chats or alerts and resolve users’ demands.
• Log call details and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications related to the customer.
• Escalate service issues to Mentor when needed.
• Follow project processes and procedures and perform administrative duties.
• Understand and comply with all administrative duties.
