Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (French-speaking) to join our onsite team in Barcelona. You will provide technical support via email and phone, troubleshoot products, and help build long-term client relationships.

The role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and a collaborative mindset. The position offers full-time hours (39 per week) with a base salary of €20,500 gross per year plus up to €2,000 gross per year in bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via email and phone.
• Addresses, respond and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships.
• Deliver training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs.
• Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement.
• Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.
• Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
• Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
• Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
