Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Valencia invites an Account Manager (French-speaking) to join a hybrid role in the High Tech sector.

You will drive sales activity, manage SMB accounts, and report progress against targets while maintaining CRM hygiene. The position offers a full-time schedule with a 39-hour week, a base salary of 22,800 euros gross per year, plus up to 6,000 euros gross per year in bonus and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French with advanced English required.
• Proven outbound sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
• Focus on SMB sales, mainly outbound activities to a set of SMB customers.
• Build and maintain a relationship with a set of clients to increase revenue or growth.
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan.
• Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure proposals are sound.
• Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM.
