Job summary

Concentrix is hiring an Account Manager (French-speaking) in Barcelona. The role is hybrid, with 9:00–18:00, Monday–Friday hours, and base compensation plus performance bonus, including private medical insurance. You will manage a book of business, drive revenue, and engage clients via phone and email.

We value native French, fluent English, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. B2B sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native level of French and fluent English.
• B2B sales and/or account management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage your book of business that consists of existing clients.
• Consistently deliver towards revenue targets while delivering an outstanding customer sales experience.
• Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email.
• Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are sound.
• Focus on driving profitability through proactive management.
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales plan.
• Assess opportunities for upgrades and additional managed services.
• Review levels of client satisfaction and escalations.
