Jobtailor in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a motivated early-career SaaS sales enthusiast who is currently completing a degree to join our team and learn the ropes of inbound lead engagement.

You will support qualification, discovery conversations, and collaboration with Account Executives, while developing CRM discipline and a curiosity-driven approach in a fast-paced startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Engage with inbound leads (demo requests, website flows, etc.).
• Learn how to quickly understand prospect needs and intent.
• Support the qualification of leads (MQL → SQL).
• Participate in discovery conversations with prospects.
• Assist in following up with leads and rescheduling meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity handovers.
• Maintain and update CRM data (HubSpot).
• Work closely with Marketing to understand campaign performance and inbound behaviour.

Requirements

• Interested in starting a career in SaaS sales / tech / startups
• Speak French at a native or fluent level

• Strong sense of curiosity and adaptability
