Zusammenfassung

Pillar is building its France launch from zero, and you’ll be the first voice to construction companies in the market. You’ll shape the playbook as we expand from our Barcelona office.

In this freelance SDR role, you’ll prospect via phone, WhatsApp, and email, qualify leads, book demos for the AE, own the pipeline in HubSpot, and work toward an AE role. Based in Paris, Milan or Barcelona, you’ll join a small, fast team and report to the Head of Expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Native French and working English.
• 1–2 years in sales; SaaS or tech is a plus, construction/field sales is relevant.
• Comfortable on the phone and reaching decision makers, usually owners on site.
• Resilient: a 'no' fuels the next call.
• Problem solver, not a pusher; builders notice the difference quickly.
