Job summary

Drooms is seeking an Operations Support Specialist – French-Speaking in Madrid to serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and to support data room creation, management and archiving. You will perform specialized services such as redaction and indexing, generate internal and client reports, and liaise with the product and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires hands-on, customer-focused, and well-organized individuals fluent in French and English,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and administrative tasks.
• Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach.
• Structured, detail-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• First-Level Support: respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Data Room Management: create, manage, and archive data rooms securely.
• Additional Services Execution: perform redaction, indexing, structuring, and other data room tasks.
• Reporting: collect data and create reports for customers and internal use.
• Technical Issue Resolution: resolve basic technical issues and liaise with the tech team.
• USB Archiving: oversee creation, checking and delivery of USB/online archives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with CS, Product Support and Sales teams.
• Administrative Support: handle contract terminations, checks, QA, and other admin tasks.
