remoteo is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support French clients with questions, claims, and service updates, delivering an outstanding experience.

Formación

• 1 year in customer service preferred.
• Fluent in French required; English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Provide advice, guidance, and solutions for customer queries and incidents.
• Keep customers informed about coverage, claim status, and resolutions.
• Make follow-up calls on claims and collections.
• Apply cross-selling and retention techniques where applicable.
• Record all relevant data accurately in our systems.
