Job summary

Concentrix in Benalmádena, Spain, seeks a Desk Account Manager Online (French-speaking) to help mid-market clients maximize value from an AI-powered SaaS platform, drive adoption, retention and growth.

You will manage relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, guide customers through platform capabilities, handle subscription updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Native French and professional English.
• Experience with upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer relationships, driving adoption of the AI-powered SaaS platform.
• Identify needs and drive upselling, cross-selling, retention, and account growth.
• Guide customers through platform capabilities and provide tailored recommendations.
• Manage subscription updates and commercial discussions to support retention.
• Track interactions and performance metrics using CRM tools and report pipeline.
