Drooms is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for user inquiries and to support data room management and specialized services. The role involves handling documents, indexing, reporting, and basic technical issue resolution across regions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service with strong Excel/MS Office skills, a proactive mindset, and fluency in French and English. Spanish is a plus. Spain-based role with comprehensive local benefits.

1+ years in customer service and administrative tasks with MS Office emphasis on Excel.
Hands-on, solution-oriented, multi-tasking with strong time management.
Structured, detail-oriented and well organized; tech-savvy and proactive.

Mansioni

Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Support creation, management and archiving of data rooms with data integrity and security in mind.
Perform specialized services such as document redaction, indexing, and data-room tasks.
Collect data and create reports for customers and internal use.
Resolve basic technical issues related to applications and systems, liaising with tech team.
Oversee USB/online archives creation, cross-checking and delivery.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Support and Sales teams to ensure smooth experience.
Provide administrative support including contract checks and other tasks.
