Qualifications

• French language proficiency; bilingual in French with English at an intermediate level.

• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work on accounts to improve segmentation data in Dynamics and SFDC.
• Qualify leads and deliver high-quality data to sales.
• Support lead generation through promotional offers and campaigns.
• Profile customer contact details to improve data quality in systems.
• Convert unqualified leads to qualified ones or profile them.
• Collaborate with marketing and country teams on lead generation activities.
• Support telemarketing projects to create qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate with telesales/sales for lead handovers and follow-ups.
