Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (French-speaking) in Barcelona. You will support reseller networks, qualify inbound leads, and drive revenue across SMBs, working in a hybrid setup with a permanent contract.

You will develop partner relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with partners on pricing, negotiations, and deals. English and French are required, with strong communication and pipeline management skills expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English or bilingual proficiency.
• Experience in sales, account management, or partner sales in a B2B/tech setting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with resellers and partners, expanding the network in your territory.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities with partners to drive deals to closure.
• Manage the full sales cycle including pricing support, solution positioning, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and support account planning and funnel reporting.
• Promote use of sales tools and product knowledge among partners and ensure alignment with programs.
• Drive partner engagement through proactive outreach, trainings, and events, with strong post-sales experience.
